How USA can resist China's OBOR&MSRI projects
1. New initiatives, that will refresh NATO to shape shift it to something more inclusive and attractive for European and north African countries.
2. Changing characters of WTO, WMF, that will allow more countries develop responsibly under US deference umbrella.
3. Go to Africa. US should sart investing and developing of Africa.
4. Let the Latin America develop on its own way as they have no other chance to be bound to USA.
5. Most important thing, develop possibly fast (marine) transportation system, that can compete with Chinese railroads in ASIA, US connections to Africa should be faster than Chinese. ( Technological advancement in transportation is only way that leads US to the superiority in the world) (Minimizing oil dependence)
US will need counterbalance in Eurasia. like UK had France during WWI. Russia is considerable strong but not reliable at given situation, Japan is sea power and can only play a role of barrier, India ahs huge potential, but it will take long time to become strong ally to stop China and it's full with many other internal and external problems.
